While we always take hygiene seriously, in the face of COVID-19 we are more proactive than ever about maintaining the health and safety of our customers.

Measures taken include:

Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry (if your temperature is above 37 degrees we will unfortunately not be able to offer you services. We will reschedule an appropriate time within 2 weeks)
Hand washing is required on entry
Disposable shoe covers, a mask and laser safety goggles will be provided for appointments
Numbing cream will be applied to the tattoo area 25 mins before treatment commences
Our technician will be wearing a full disposable protective gown, mask, goggles and clear plastic face shield
After treatment, the client will be offered a hot towel to refresh
The room will be fully cleaned in preparation for the next client, including sanitising of all equipment

We ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you have been overseas in the last 14 days or are showing any signs of illness. Your safety is our number one concern.

Charles Trinh founded SMP Laser & Beauty after he saw how much the wrong treatments and tattoo removal machinery were damaging people’s skin.

Licensed in Laser Tattoo Removal, Charles has always been passionate about healthy skin, and keen to help people look after their skin better. But when it came to tattoo removal, most machines were doing a lot of harm. Determined to solve this problem, Charles found a machine that worked faster, more comfortably, and most importantly reduced the chance of damage to surrounding tissue.

He also added skin rejuvenation and vascular/pigmented lesion treatments to his services to help bring damaged skin back to its natural state.
